Raffles College of Design and Commerce is based in Sydney, Australia, and delivers specialised Certificate and Bachelor's degrees in Design, Arts and Visual Communication.
Raffles College of Design and Commerce was founded in 1978, making it one of the longest-established art schools in Sydney. It was located in North Sydney until moving to Parramatta at the beginning of 2015. In 2004 it was acquired by the Raffles Education Corporation from Singapore and adopted the new name of Raffles KvB Institute until rebranding to the current name in August 2007. The college currently delivers courses in Sydney as well as internationally through its network of associate colleges.

Accreditation
Raffles lost all TEQSA accreditation in March 2016 for all their programs (Associate Degree of Commerce, Bachelor of Accountancy, Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Certificate in Commerce, Graduate Diploma of Commerce, and Master of Design). The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) placed a condition on accreditation requiring on-line and physical library holdings and resources be acquired.
