Dover Street Market is a high fashion company and multi-brand retailer originally located on Dover Street, in Mayfair, London. It has stores in New York City, Tokyo, and Singapore. Dover Street Market was created by Rei Kawakubo of Japanese fashion label Comme des Garçons and her husband Adrian Joffe, and sells Comme des Garçons and complementary high fashion brands such as Ann Demeulemeester, Balenciaga, Céline, Gucci, Hussein Chalayan, Junya Watanabe, J.W.Anderson, Lanvin, LOEWE, Maison Margiela, Marni, Proenza Schouler, Nina Ricci, Raf Simons, Rick Owens, sacai, Saint Laurent, The Row, Thom Browne, Valentino, and Vetements.

The first location for Dover Street Market was in London and house in the former Burberry building erected in 1912 by Thomas Burberry. The Dover Street Market building at 17â"18 Dover Street became the home of Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) in May 1950; Dover Street Market relocated to The Mall in 1968. In March 19, 2016, Dover Street Market moved to Haymarket (South Piccadilly) due to financial reasons.
The London store was ranked by Complex as the #2 best store in the world in 2013.
Locations
Locations outside London include Dover Street Market Ginza opened in 2006 in Tokyo, Dover Street Market New York opened in 2013 in Manhattan in the New York School of Applied Design building at 160 Lexington Avenue, in Singapore in 2017 , and a franchise in Beijing.
The London, Tokyo and New York stores all have a Rose Bakery café, created by Rose Carrarini and her husband Jean Charles.
